Fairfield by Marriott Cleveland

I stayed at the Fairfield in Cleveland, Tennessee during a very difficult moment for my family. I was in town for my father’s funeral, and the staff at this property showed a level of kindness and professionalism that truly stood out. The general manager, Colt was incredibly supportive and set a welcoming tone from the moment I arrived. The front desk team, Nick and Victoria who helped me throughout my stay, consistently went above and beyond. Their patience, warmth, and genuine care made a painful trip feel a little easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but what made the biggest difference was the compassion shown by the team. What a wonderful hotel! The hospitality of the GM was truly so warming. I've stayed in MANY of hotels all over and his attention to detail, friendly welcome, made the stay. The rooms are newly renovated, and the hotel is great too, but the GM's hospitality truly made the hotel! We will stay here any time we come to Cleveland!

Positive: The lady who worked on the breakfast. She is a real asset to you. She was so nice, helpful, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. Negative: The bed was hard. The pool was closed. No hot tub.The hand towels looked questionable.

We were in town for a memorial service for a family member. Several of our family members stayed here and after the service we returned to to the hotel with some food that was delivered on behalf of family friends. General manager Cole and Front desk staff Nick went out of their way to accommodate our small group in the lobby and even helped by using the hotel resources to reheat the food for our small group. Their service and hospitality were amazing! Definitely staying here on any return visits we have to Cleveland Tennessee! Thank you immensely!

The rooms were clean with a well sized bathroom unfortunately the remote for the TV didn’t work. Prior to checking in we were informed we could use the pool but after paying to stay we were told it was under renovation. We could have been informed upon check-in and stayed at a different hotel seeing as we booked the place for the indoor pool. Aside from that big mishap the front desk was kind and the members breakfast had many decent options.
