DOUGLAS INN & SUITES NW

A real gem. The rooms were updated & clean (even the flooring was clean - which is typically dirty in many hotels) with a lovely shower. Bed was comfy. Staff were pleasant & helpful & the location was easy, just off of #75. Breakfast had decent options. Would have liked softer pillows (& maybe fruit at breakfast?) but otherwise we had a great stay. Bonus: lots of Mexican restaurants in the area, one within walking distance (that hotel recommended) which was amazing!

We had an excellent experience here: Rooms were very clean, smoke-free, and nicely renovated, with a very modern, peaceful appearance. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is very handy, right off I-75 in Cleveland, TN. This place is a real find. For a very modest price, it delivers a great deal. It earns the high marks you see in other reviews!!

What a great spot, just off of #75. Rooms are upgraded, reasonable & clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance was recommended and perfect after a long day travelling. Highly recommend. (also pet friendly - cats and dogs). The only thing I'd recommend is having fresh fruit (apples or bananas?) at breakfast.

Positive: Everything, price, location, cleanliness, staff, good tv reception and options, amenities, hot water, cool ac. Repeat guest. The only place I stay when in the area. Negative: No.

Good location, restaurants within walking distance, room was clean, bathroom has been remodeled very nice shower and lavatory area also new light switches, led lighting and a very comfortable bed. Nice place to stay and really reasonable price, will definitely stay here again.
