Great clean motel. So impressed. Even daily room cleaning . Stayed 3 days. Will be back!! Close to literally everything

The rooms are clean and sufficient. There aren't many bells & whistles: the rooms have a fridge & microwave; the atmosphere is serene, which I find to be most desirable for a restful stay; combination shampoo/conditioner is provided (works perfectly fine in a pinch) & bar soap. I will stay here whenever I pop into town.

That was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Not only is my whole body ate with bed bugs but when I went in to tell them as polite as I could be could care less about the refund as I’m doing it. They have this older man come out to room and makes the hugest scene and I even show him with his iron on his bed where the bugs are he flips and acts like I’m crazy. The money wasn’t the issue the poor service was the problem I was looking out for the next person and so they could clean there hotel. Before you decide to stay here just sleep in car will have a 100% chance of a better stay in there. Worst place in Cleveland never been treated like that. This place should be closed down and I hope the health department sees this and goes and checks this place. NASTY.

I love this place. I stay here often. The rooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend.
