This is a new hotel. All of the staff were friendly. Everything is spotless. We were thanked for being Diamond members and given bottled water and a cheese-it snack at check in. The room was large and comfortable. The a/c worked great. Breakfast was good. I liked the concept of making your own breakfast sandwich in the downstairs dining area. I’m not a fan of overly-sweet, concentrated orange juice dispensed out of a machine, though.

We absolutely loved the staff when we stayed here we were treated with top priority! Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was amazing. They had waffles and pancakes. That tastes great! The location is perfect. It’s right in the middle of all good places to eat and shopping if you need to shop for Anything and you can do it all within walking distance. Another couple was staying here. The lady came down looking for soup in their food pantry because they didn’t feel well and the manager made sure that they had everything that they need. I thought this was a great touch for leadership at this place. We will be staying here again.

We got stuck here with car trouble on Nov. 18th and needed a last minute stay for two families. The lady at the desk that night (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was very friendly and helpful. She got us checked in and gave us an extra hour for checkout just in case the car took longer than expected to be ready the next day. The hotel is beautiful and had a yummy breakfast with a fun pancake maker the kids loved. They also had a pool table and lots of games in the lobby which helped us keep the kids busy while waiting for the car the next day. While it wasn’t in our plans, I’m glad we got stuck here as we ended up having nice, comfortable rooms and a great Cracker Barrel just up the road.

The hotel seemed new and the rooms were clean; however, the air conditioner in our room made terrible noises every time it came on- so much so that we turned it off during the night so we could sleep. When we reported it to the desk manager that morning, her reply was just, “sorry about that” and she went on with straightening her desk.

Air conditioner in bedroom was making loud noise and would not turn off. Was told no other rooms available but would call maintenance to see if could be looked at even though it was already late in the evening. Since was going to dinner anyway I left my cell number and asked for a call once maintenance had been contacted. After more than an hour I called only to be told sorry maintenance couldn’t help tonight. Then had to look for and book another room at almost 9 pm. Terrible communication and customer service would not recommend.
