TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place

This review is in reference to the day after Thanksgiving in 2025. This was a decent stay that was unfortunately marred by a water outage, which as a result, forced me to brush my teeth using Arizona tea, among other inconveniences. When asked about my stay, I mentioned this and was told I'd receive 10,000 points by the Front Desk attended by the name of Art, who was very understanding and kind. Unfortunately, I was never given those points and the inconvenience was such that whoever was there and suffered that morning should be compensated even more so. The customer service is1st class. Katie confirmed over the phone and in petson that we would not be disappointed if we stayed there. Tracey welcomed the group with professional courtesy. She has skills a knack for going over and beyond. All of staff (especially LeMisha in HouseKeeping. Kayla and Robin) were pleasant to work with. The ammenties and atmosphere was just right for Girls Trip Therapy.

Tracey welcomed the group with a beautiful smile and she has skills. The staff went over and beyond including Kayla, LaMeshia and Robin. The amenities and atmosphere was just right for our Girls Trip Therapy.

They lock the AC unit and it’s FREEZING in room. No extra blankets nothing. The TVs are older and the rooms are in decent shape. For the price it’s alright but I personally can’t stand when hotels put limits on the climate control.

Positive: Friendly staff, they were amazing! Always hot coffee available and good breakfast Negative: Indoor pool was a bit chilly, but I'd still get back in!
