Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Had a nice experience. The food was good, I would recommend getting to the ' kick back happy hour' on time. On our first night there, we went down around 6 ( starts at 5:30) and every seat was taken, some of the food was empty and I didn't see any employees ( except the bartender). I feel like there wasn't enough employees to keep the food full and fresh. The pool area was nice with lots of seating and towels. The pool could have been deeper and it wasn't cold but it wasn't 'heated' either. The hot tub was wonderful 👍 the room was nice and spacious, very clean along with the bathroom. I do wish they had a balcony option for rooms. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was great, best breakfast at a hotel I've had!!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! We were so impressed by how clean and inviting it felt. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing and breakfast was delicious! We tried a snack from the restaurant and it was really good as well. The only thing I could say even slightly negative is that I believe the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. The water was hot and the water pressure was great! We loved the 5:30 kick back. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

A+ for Road Trip Travelers -This hotel is a standout. Extremely clean, comfortable rooms, and genuinely friendly staff. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast are such a great bonus — it honestly feels like they could charge more. We travel with our dog, and even though it’s pet-friendly, you’d never know it. No odors, just spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was wonderful — fellow travelers were friendly and it felt like a welcoming little travel community. We’ll absolutely be booking here again whenever we’re in Chattanooga.

We've stayed at a Drury Plaza 3 times now, twice at this location. The staff is always friendly and approachable and willing to help if you need it. This particular trip was for Valentine's Day and they helped to put flowers and chocolates in our room before we checked in. Dominic, one of the bar tenders, was amazing. The dinner buffet was good as well. There's a nice sitting area right outside of the pool. Rooms have always been clean and feel very spacious. We definitely look for a Drury anytime we're traveling and would absolutely recommend this location.
