The Hotel Chalet

Overall excellent experience and such a fun city. Rooms were clean upon arrival and beds were comfortable. Nice extra touches such as upgraded bath products and bath robes in each room. Location is 10/10. This area is brimming with bars, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, all in easy walking distance. Another huge plus is the hotel is right next to the free Chatanooga shuttle. This FREE shuttle takes you to the aquarium side and then you can take a shuttle to north side. This is a great way to see various parts of the city! Only negative- our room cleaning service while at the hotel was not as expected. Our bed wasn’t made (no reason for that; no items on bed, etc) and fresh towels were not left in our room (despite someone picking up the old ones). After a long day biking and expl

The Hotel Chalet was the perfect setting for a birthday weekend celebration. For our stay here, I had my first experience with a concierge: the lovely Dian! Dian was such a help with recommendations and reservations that made our time in Chattanooga deeply memorable. She was a warm introduction to the helpful and personable staff we met throughout the rest of the hotel, and she and everyone else made us feel right at home. In addition to all the hotels amenities, the icing on the cake is Elsie’s Daughter being available on the property. I highly recommend the Hotel Chalet as a home base for Chattanooga adventures of any kind. The rooms are stunning, cozy, and well kept and you simply can’t beat the location!

Stayed two nights in one of the Sleeper Deluxe train car rooms. Wonderful experience. The staff was was lovely. Lots of things to do nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom. Our room was close to everything; pool, hotel, restaurant and other fun things. Definitely plan to book again when we are in the area.

Stayed in the sleeper deluxe which was very nice. The room was small, but expected that and didn't mind. Since theres no drinking water close by and there was no coffee maker that there should have been complimentary water in the room. The water in the room was $7. Didn't explore the hotel part of the facility, but there is a decent size outdoor pool.

This is a nice charming place to stay! The vibe was sort of eerie in this hotel but in a good way! It felt like stepping into the 70s or the shining hotel. The person at the front desk Trey was super pleasant to talk to and helped us with everything we needed! The rooms are super nice and cozy. Everything is so fun and painted! I’m tired of the boring gray hotels. This place was beautiful.
