TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charleston Airport/Convention Center

From the moment I arrived I was well taken care of. Amber, Ben, and Donna were a delight to interact with each morning during breakfast. Mary, Shane, and Rhonda were equally as delightful. The entire staff made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast great and so is the complimentary dinner every Tuesday. The hotel is located directly across from the Tanger Outlet Mall and Top Golf. The hotel has plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby all within walking distance.

The hotel is gross and disgusting!!! My “clean” bed when full of dried diarrhea feces! The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my exposure to blood borne pathogens . I was required to get a tentaus shot because of exposure!

Or family chooses this place everytime we're in N. Charleston. Such a friendly & personable team & good breakfast choices! Close to the airport & lots of places to eat, shop & play nearby.

Professional & courteous staff. Room was nice & clean. Surprised that the tv was such a small size for a large room. The bathroom door & shower looked like it had old damage and received a quick poor repair. Housekeeping was not offered during stay. Was instructed to leave trash outside the door & when we requested fresh towers was told to look in the hallway for a housekeeper to ask. Good breakfast options but ends way too early. Great location!

Really good breakfast here. Friendly front dest Big room The only thing is I waited 40min at CHS airport for the hotel shuttle.
