Town House Motel - Historic Old Town

Terrible, do not stay here! They charged us $25 for a cigarette burn hole on the comforter that was already there, it was the first thing I said to my husband. Other than the fact that it smelled like cigarettes and garbage! When I called them after our trip was completed about the burn the man quickly pretended not to understand me and shortly after that he hung up on me. The hotel is Very old and run down. It's not even in a popular location like they try and lead you to believe. Somehow they have an award of some kind in the check in area. They probably printed it out themselves. During our stay we had some friends stop by for maybe an hour and the next morning the housekeeper tells us that we can't have so many people in and out. Like what!? Also just very rude. The remote check-in & check-out can be confusing. Besides, all ok.

Checking in was really easy and a new experience using the remote Kiosk! Pleasantly surprised our double bed room had separate rooms and i felt very safe staying here. The room was also well cleaned, our housekeeper Beverly was very nice, understanding, and communicative. Better experience than our last hotel that was 200$

for the cheapest place in town, there were no obvious flaws that made the stay uncomfortable if you are expecting views or a vacation experience go pay more money somewhere else but for staying a normal stay, there are no problems here. in fact, very comfortable and quiet

This hotel has cockroaches. The administration does not like to admit it. The manager is rude and arrogant. The big problem is having cockroaches in the room. I found one in my bathroom. Another problem was no hot water in shower. The room smelled like Indian curry including the beddings!! I will not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and cannot find anything else. The light bulbs in the room were too bright like daylight!! Bulbs does not fit in the room.
