The Snoozzz Inn

we had an amazing ecperience here. The room was super clean, with amazing beds a nice bathroom. the check-in wemt really smooth. the parking was convenient and the location is quiet but still close enough to walk downtown. No fancy extras, but everything that mattered was done right. would definitely recommend

We first stayed at the Snoozzz Inn 7 months ago.The rooms were nice and clean but what made us want to come back was the vibe,Hospitality, that special welcome that the lady that checked us in gave us was something I will never forget.and I returned for the second time recently and was verry disappointed. It was not anything like our first stay,A younger man checked us in around 3:30 pm.he was not friendly, he was there to do a job and nothing more,when I asked about the lady that worked there,he replied he dont know who i was asking about.i found that hard to believe.He changed the vibe and honesty I dont think I will be staying at the Snoozzz Inn again .I'm totally bummed about it.

Stayed at The Snoozzz Inn during a recent trip to Eureka and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well maintained the property is. The rooms feel newly updated, very clean, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and after a long day of travel it made a huge difference. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was warm, professional, and happy to answer any questions. I also appreciated the visible security measures around the property, which helped me feel at ease throughout my stay.

Stayed at the snoozzz inn for two nights and honestly slept so well I almost forgot I was traveling. The room was spotless, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, and everything felt newly updated and taken care of. Check-in was easy, parking was simple, and it was peacefully quiet at night. No frills, just done right which I really appreciated. Would 100% stay here again without thinking twice

I know you're going to be "Very disappointed to see this experience described in such a way, as it does not reflect the efforts we made to resolve the matter," however, my experience isn't dictated by your perception. After waiting about 5 minutes in the lobby alone for someone to help me, we were given keys to an occupied room. After trying to open the door repeatedly, the lights flicked on inside! We returned to the office, where they proceeded to repeatedly attempt to put us in occupied rooms. Eventually, RM 223 was proposed as an upgrade, however, the "upgrade" had us wanting to just cancel the entire booking. The room smelled and the mattress should have been thrown out years ago. After reading about someone else having the same issue in a review and it being an issue to be refunded,
