Town House Motel

Checked in. Key card made out of a fancy glitter. Smelt amazing once I took a beautiful step into my wonderful hotel room. Oh yeah!! one of the very best and THE very best! It had heat AND air conditioning you will believe me when I get so cold at day and hell at nighttime so let me sleep. I slept great! Did hear lots of knocking at nighttime lots of drunks idk. Creepy rattling unsettling i think the elevator causes it. So ain't perfect. Its okay and it had a telephone, tv (but soooo old) iron sofa (much needed no wrinkles for the things I love to wear) hairdryer, although I had to share the bathroom with strangers had a very dresser, and even my very own bible. My stay had a duration of 4 nights.

While driving up North, we decided to pull over to sleep for the night. This motel was by far the most unclean and shabby place I have ever stayed, including lodging in developing countries. Our room was absolutely disgusting- drink, crayon, and leak stains and markings on every wall, giant stains on the floor and lose and caked dirt on the peeling carpet, broken ceiling tiles and peeling wall paper, two different faucets, only one of which worked, and a giant hole in the wall in the bathroom with tons of rust and hair. And it smelled terrible in both the room and the lobby.

Based on the outside alone I would never stay here. The light fixture is falling down. And the windows are covered in paper. The paper is ripped and appears to have water damage all over it. The porch seems to be falling down. Even if this is not the main building it is enough to make me want to stay far away from this place. And based on other reviews I think I made the right call.

It was ok. Nothing fancy but that’s not what I was going for anyways and for the price I think it’s fine. One of those places you’d only stopover for a night or two whilst travelling on a long drive.
