Residence Inn by Marriott Cranbury South Brunswick

The location isn't the best. It is a challenge to get in and out depending on what direction you're coming from, but I blame New Jersey more than the hotel. The rooms are dated with furniture that is old and cabinets that definitely show their age. My room was cleaned daily and they even changed my sheets. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and easy to approach. I did not have any issues with anyone. The Wi-Fi in this building absolutely sucks. I don't know what the issue is or who they hired, but you can't keep a signal walking along the ground floor. The breakfast is not very good. It seems to be an ongoing issue with some Residence Inn. I don't know why they won't serve breakfast, potatoes or rice. Just eggs, bacon or sausage and some strange muffins. Food and Wi-Fi are the two ne

Filthy rooms, with mold, stained floors, stained couches in the room, old and springy and unsleepable sofa beds, dirty kitchen, litter infested hallways and stair wells. Requested extra blankets and bedding—it was still wet, not dryed properly, and horrible polyester material with worn holes or cigarette burn holes. We didn’t stay the night and drove home at midnight after our event. We all wondered if this is a Marriott property. Ripe for a tear down.

This hotel was so comfortable and the staff was so accomodating. We were upgraded to a two bedroom both of our stays, which was much appreciated by our daughters who would otherwise have slept on the pullout couch. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a lot of fun in the pool and whirlpool and breakfast was nice too. Overall, it was a wonderful stopping point for us to and from our family for the Thanksgiving weekend. You have a wonderful staff there who were intent on making our stay a good one. Thank you!

This hotel is very next to a busy road, with trucks and heavy vehicles running throughout the night. Very difficult to get sleep. Besides, the room has a musty smell. Otherwise, breakfast is as usual Residence Inn standard.

Although they fixed it the next day, heat in room didn't work. Pillows were too soft and got a contact buzz everyone I left my room.
