Holiday Inn East Windsor - Cranbury Area by IHG

Really nice hotel, accommodated late check-ins 2 nights in a row. Rooms are nice and clean. Removed 1 star for missing water in the rooms and a defective bathtub drain cover. Other than that great place vs others.

Positive: The chicken wings from the restaurant were delicious. Negative: The staff could use some sensitivity training and the swimming pool was more like an ice bath. If you’re planning to go here and swim, it’s not gonna happen because the water is frigid.

I have stayed at this property several times and have also attended a number of conferences here. I have never been disappointed. Very clean, spacious rooms, and a welcoming, helpful staff. Recently I stayed here to break up a long drive and I had a refreshing, restful stay. A special shout out to two employees who went out of their way to be pleasant, kind, and welcoming: Debbie, Director of Sales, and a gentleman named Sandro. Both were great ambassadors for this hotel; you could tell they took great pride in their work and genuinely enjoyed meeting people. Very comfy beds and a great location not far from the NJ Turnpike ( but you don't get the noise.) I look forward to my next visit.||

Nice hotel with a decent restaurant. Plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. I don’t recommend purchasing the extra ihg bonus points,as it’s been over a month and they have not shown up in my account. I called ihg and the were told there is no manger on duty to approve the points and there is no ETA on when the points will be issued.

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay despite taking the executive suit on a higher price. The suite was dirty, without trash bags and un hygienic. The rooms lack adequate lights and was dark and depressing. On our second day of stay the hotel had a group booking and group had few rooms next to ours they were pretty loud whole night and were running across the hallway and disturbing other guests. Was unable to sleep despite sickness that day. And the front desk staff was not taking any actions despite our complains. All they had was a SORRY in the Morning. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had even other chain hotels which are cheaper have better facility and more professional staff. The front desk staff was highly un professional.
