Topgolf Swing Suite

We rented the Top golf suite recently with a group of six. It was a fun outing. However we were surprised that on the bill, they applied a 20% service charge on the cost of the rental as well as food and drink. We expected to tip on the drinks but not to pay 20% extra for the room rental. They also told us ahead of time we could park for free in the garage, but they only validated one hour of parking so we still had to pay to leave the garage. Overall, it was fun, but I wish the service was better organized.

Pretty cool idea for the Eugene area. However, I wish they had a real topgolf here. The suite is ehh. The couches are not comfortable at all. Very very, very expensive. The staff was phenomenal and the food was pretty good. Our computer kept crashing but the staff gave us an hour free for our inconvenience.

We took 8 buddies and had a blast playing Pebble Beach. Crystal and the catering crew were absolutely fantastic, efficient, upbeat and the food was outstanding. Great break in the middle of winter!

The suite was a good size and was nicely decorated. However, some equipment was missing and the screen was not registering a lot of our gameplay. Golf balls had to be placed multiple times in order for the system to register them, and multiple shots were not read which really eats into your playtime. Halfway through our reserved hour someone came in to ask us when we were done which was odd but we didn't pay too much mind to it. A few minutes later a full party of around 20-30 people started to come in for a party and took over both suites including all of our seating area. Started disrupting our gameplay asking us questions about the games and how they worked, if they could try etc. The worst part was none of these people were wearing a mask. We had to put our mask on since they were cro
