Time to Unwind

I would give an all star rating but.... Arrived on Monday, tv had no remote to work it in main floor level bedroom. Monday night our children woke us up, there were things crawling on them. Bunks up stairs. Checked and yes on all 4 beds were bugs and some had wings. Our kids had bite marks! Bugs in windows, bugs in shower. Swimming pool, the water is so cold! I mean freezing cold. Never ever got warmer. BIG Crack on concrete, danger to our young 4 and 5 year old. A good 2 in wide Crack across floor. The hot tub, you could not control the temp. It went from 101 to 104. Way to hot. And it tilts -one end deepr than upper end big time. So a text message was sent out at 1:30 am that Monday night. We received a reply right away. That was awesome.
