Timbers Kiawah - Ocean Club & Residences

I just called with a lot of questions and spoke to "Jenn Lynn." She was amazing!!! One of the best experiences in dealing with someone I have ever had. She took a lot of time to ensure that I was fully educated and comfortable before arriving at Timbers Kiawah. I wish I could give more than 5 stars after dealing with Jenn. We toured the model home this afternoon. It was absolutely gorgeous and the views are incredible. The spacious floorplan had 2 Masters and a guest room with twin beds. The furnishings have a clean, crisp take on coastal chic. The complex is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018, and boasts a private restaurant, clubhouse, pool, etc. Simply top notch living.

All residences have a great ocean view. All the facilities are first class and so are the staff. Since this is on a private part of the island the beach is never crowded.

Wonderful place. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful location, and being able to charge my car there was a huge relief. Could not recommend more!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very good. Their homebrewed IPA is very good. This is a first class establishment
