First, I asked to pay cash, & was told I could do so at checkout, that my card had not been charged, just a hold, that would be reversed, but I paid cash at checkout, & then was charged again on my card, & I called to have that taken care of & was charged again, so I had to call again, & am hoping I am not charged yet another time. Toilet wasn't cleaned, there was no place to hang our clothes, & we had suits, as we'd come for a funeral, & the heat & air panel was out of service, so we couldn't control the temperature of the room, & had every minute already planned for services, so we didn't have time to be moved to another, so we just had to deal with it. Wasnt a good experience.
