Tiffany RV Park and Apartment

A Hidden Gem in Mesa We’ve had such a great experience at The Tiffany. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home. The management team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents-they're always quick to respond and go the extra mile to help. The location has also been a big plus for us. It’s close to everything we need, but tucked away enough to feel safe and relaxed. Plus they allow dogs and even have an enclosed grassy area for our pups. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for parties, swiming pools, and classes, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, inexpensive place, this is your stop. Primarily, though not exclusively snow birds, there are a combination of RV sites and small apartments. A laundry room is about the only amenity here, along with an area for walking your dog. All RV sites are back-in and most have only one parking spot. Bobby and Kim are very friendly and helpful and most of the residents are friendly and helpful as well. Great for winter visitors with stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. all about a mile or so away.

The park manager for the location on main in Mesa, Erica, is an awesome manager. She is very attentive to the renters and does all she can to assist. The park itself is nice. The owners are not very military friendly though. I stayed there twice. I paid on time and was a upstanding member of the park. The second time I rented a spot from the end of one month and 19 days of the next month. They charged me for the full month for the second month. Apparently, it was considered a short stay. I didn't stay for just one weekend. I stayed for 19 days out of the month. I am currently retiring from the Army after 27 years, and they would not prorate the price for me when I found a home nearby. If this is how they treat returning renters, I will not be staying there again even with the best park man

I passed by here months ago wanting to live at this place it is so cute precious and very well-maintained if you can stay here or if you can live here do when there's an opening there's an opening great job guys I love it here

Small, tight, totally solid surface (concrete and tarmac - broiler in the summer!) RV parking lot. Has a small grassy area out front for pet walking. Laundry facility okay. Restrooms and showers available, but at a price and with so many rules you know they'd rather you don't use their facilities. The owner meets you and stays glued to you and in your ear until you have positioned your RV exactly to his liking and through your setup process. We interpreted those actions as annoying and control issues. Checks or cash only. WiFi is available, but only if you fill out forms with personal information and IP address, or you can allow owner to set up your mobile devices. Really?! One neighbor survived the setup process and then said to us with a growl, "do you think I can get my backup license n
