Tiara Del Sol Condos

This was our first time staying in Ruidoso, and overall we really enjoyed the condo. While the furniture and kitchen appliances were older, they gave the place a nostalgic charm that reminded me of visiting my grandmother in the ’80s and ’90s. The rooms were clean, though the carpet was a bit dingy. Given that it was winter and guests were tracking in snow and sleet from the balcony, that was understandable. What truly made the stay special were the incredible views—they made it easy to overlook the small details. From our second-floor condo, we could see Sierra Blanca and the Inn of the Mountain Gods, which was absolutely breathtaking. Views, views, views! Amazing views overlooking Ruidoso! This appears to be a converted condo apartment complex to overnight stay and is large! Lots of room, full size ready to use kitchen with full size stove, fridge, microwave and regular size coffee pot. Comes with dishware, flatware, glassware including coffee mugs as well as pots/pans. Everything you need for one night stay or longer. Our only area that one star was removed was the bathroom and bath sinks were very aged.|The bed was extremely comfortable, living room couch very comfortable as well as sitting on the very large porch area.|Is pet friendly also, huge plus!|There is a very nice bbq grill area and various small grills around the area.|We were in building 3 that overlooks Ruidoso, and it was beautiful.|Staff is very friendly

Just got home from a 2 day stay here. Amazing stay. Peaceful clean and beautiful. Sammie at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Plenty of room and a fantastic view!!! Wild life all around too. Can’t wait to visit again. Only thing I will say is because it’s way out there the internet slow which is to be expected. But if you have zoom calls or meetings, it probably wouldn’t be ideal. Definitely recommend. It’s a great deal.

The view was great, 8/9 out of 10. The room was filthy! The floor was covered in animal stains and smelled like feces. One of the sinks was inoperable and the whole room was just filthy. It felt like indoor camping, with all the mess and bad smells but none of the fun. The whole place needs updating. There should be designated animal rooms for animals people and standard cleanliness across all the rooms.
