Thunderbird Motel

Blinds are too small for the window. Anyone can easily see in or out since the blinds dont cover the whole window. The window is right next to the entry door, and there is NO LOCK on the window. ANYONE can slide it wide open from outside the room. The room door barely locks as well. The lock barely catches the striker plate to lock and keep the door closed. There is a 1 inch gap around the entire door, except for the bottom of the door. There’s a 2 inch gap, maybe bigger, on the bottom. There’s kitchenette is useless without cookware, and guess what, there isn’t any.

The manager/owner was so nice, friendly, and helpful. He was very accommodating to our needs and understanding of our circumstances. The room looked just like the picture. We all fit comfortably. Great location, walking distance to the boardwalk. Would stay again.

My girlfriend says that the shower curtain rod is uneven and the toilet had a crack in it, the soap options are not the greatest. The bed is nice and they give extra towels and a soft blanket, overall the place is comfortable and nice. You can choose to adjust your places temperature to how you desire. The tv should have a paper guide though.|Would stay at again!

The guy was very nice and had us check-in early. This was about the only good thing at this motel. The property was rundown and sketchy. Some guys staring at my friend and I while we walked to our room and another guy sitting outside of it was acting very creepy. Disgusting room. There were white stains on the comforter and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. It smelled like something was rotting in there. My friend and I gagged. We used the boardwalk bathroom all day instead and removed the entire comforter and checked for bed bugs because we were freaking out over the room being so dirty.

I had a great stay at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was easily accessible. It’s clear the team here cares about their guests. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town! has parking passes , close to boardwalk, 7/11 nearby. love it here! will be back soon
