I recently stayed at the Seaside Sand Inn Motel and had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely one of its strongest points—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay close to the ocean. The room itself was simple but clean, with all the basics you’d expect: comfortable bed, fresh linens, and working air conditioning. While the décor is a bit dated, it had a cozy, beach-town feel. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or recommend local spots. stayed here with a few other people for a birthday weekend. it was terrible. rooms were awful. no one stayed in the office if needed. you had to call anytime you needed something. room had no wash clothes in it. fridge was frozen over to the point it was barely even cooling. AC struggled to cool the room. the cover was barely holding on and it looked not maintained at all. had someone come up and clean the toilet because it was not cleaned properly. you have to pay $10/day for the amount of days you are staying for parking. if you leave and lose your spot, that’s it. you have to pay street parking or a parking lot near them that also charge per day. parking lot is maybe 7 spots and the lines are so close together so only compact cars barely fit. only giving the location 2 stars for the fac

From the moment we arrived, the experience was profoundly unprofessional and unsanitary, raising serious concerns about both the cleanliness and management of the establishment.||Our stay began with a concerning safety hazard: the air conditioning unit cover fell off upon arrival. We immediately reported this to the front desk, asking that it be cleaned. Despite an apology and a promise of immediate attention, no one addressed the issue. Furthermore, upon showering, we discovered the presence of black mold in the shower corners, a serious health concern.||Given these unacceptable conditions, we asked for a full refund and checked out to seek alternative accommodations. Location: Amazingly close to the boardwalk Service/Staff: Fantastic! Such great people behind the scenes ✨ My Advice: Plan ahead people - • parking pass 🅿️ is 10.00 per day, • beach pass is 13.00 🏝️ per person, • there are events on the boardwalk ! We got to see fireworks 💥 - no do not ask the staff - I suggest going to the informational booth to the left of the nearest entrance on the boardwalk Food: everything is close - corner store - Montes Cafe (Mexican food) - pizzeria - Mila's- (breakfast) (If you want to take a walk go all the way down to the right when facing the boardwalk and get some good seafood at the stands) 🦀🦐🦞

We had an unexpected trip to seaside after a BBQ in Tom’s River. We decided to spend the night to go on boardwalk and beach. The front desk took care of our call and held our room until we go there. She was no nice and accommodating, location was perfect close enough to Boardwalk without all the loudness of being on the boardwalk. Room was exactly why we needed. Room was comfortable and clean. Even when hotel lot is full they are between 2 other lots where you can park overnight for $20.00.
