THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton

I spent the whole weekend at thesis hotel. I was invited by the agency Lajes Corp. I was first attended by Julio and he showed me around the hotel lobby, ivy rooftop, gym, conference area, and the pool area. He was extremely helpful and nice. His attitude and presence was a delight. The atmosphere was incredible once I got to my room I felt so relaxed. Everything was organized and put together. I felt extremely comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I also went to the restaurant The Collab in the hotel and was attended by yanina. Her service was excellent she had amazing attitude and customer service. I had breakfast and dinner here and the food was absolutely fantastic. 5 - excellent. My room was very loud last night over the roof top bar. Janell helped me to switch it to the other side of the building without question. Even sent a new key up to my room so I could make the switch without going to the lobby. ||Daniel, at the front desk then followed up to make sure I was happy. Oh while they are at full capacity their service was top notch.||Restaurant-|Maney bartender - Xavier and Joseph were excellent at their craft and made me feel welcome. Positive: Great facility and location. Negative: Hotel was transitioning ownership and both garage and room keys would not work requiring going to the front desk to get a new key. Reported and was assured I would receive consideration for the multiple issues I encountered. Nothing.

I was invited by Lajes Corp I ate at the restaurant The Collab at the hotel and it was a luxury. Dimitri was our server and she was absolutely delightful. Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. I really enjoyed my time in this hotel seeing everything so organized and well put together. The entrance was beautiful and we went up to the rooftop and it was extremely scenic. Incredible food, view, and service. I had an amazing night.

The rooms were absolutely impeccable, beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a long day. One of my favorite parts was spending time at the rooftop and the pool. The atmosphere was incredible, with such a great vibe and views that made the whole experience feel like a little escape without leaving the city. I also had dinner, brunch, and breakfast at The Collab, and every meal was amazing. The food was delicious, the presentation was great, and the service made the experience even better.
