I must say I drive an additional twenty minutes to stay at this hotel. And I can clearly state that I wasn't disappointed. The the front desk was mind blowing on their customer service. I was treated like royalty and it benefited being a Bonvoy Member. I must say courteous, polite, professional employees like Sandra, Marriott needs more members like her. Mrs. Sandra because of you every time I'm visiting in the Miami area I'm staying at Hotel Colonnade Coral Gablès. Thank you So Much Again Mrs. Sandra for your professional hospitality and service.

I was truly impressed with this property. Excellent service from the entire staff. It is absolutely stunning for a wedding. Visited during the hotels the decorations were breathtakingly beautiful. The entire property is decorated tastefully with art and sculptures and thee most beautiful staircase I've seen in a long time. Walking distance to restaurants like Morton's and other fine establishments. Easily accessible for Uber and Lyft. Definitely would recommend for your stay i Coral Gables.

This hotel is located on the corner of Ponce de Leon and Miracle Mile which is the "bull'seye" of the area. The hotel is more than 100 years old but is very Comfortable and artfully updated. The service from each and every employee that we came in contact with was exemplary and everyone seems to be focus on exceeding the customers' expectation. Lumberton the concierge is a gem, the entire front office team is amazing. Nick and Michelle went above and beyond investing in helping us resolve a problem with the previous hotel. The gym and Comfortable pool are on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The pool area has plenty of seating both in the shade and the sun. We had a great first 2 days but the last day we felt like we were a bit of a bother to the hotel. There was a wedding on Saturday which was fine as it was contained in the great hall but the Sunday wedding sort of got in the way of the full experience of the hotel. Baires was amazing and it was great to be able to walk downstairs and have great food and drinks. Overall it was a good stay, but service wise it did not compare to most of the other Marriott properties we have visited. I grew up in Miami and always wanted to stay there so this is now off my list. I’m not sure that I would stay here on a weekend due to the weddings they host but would consider staying during a weekday. It’s a great central location which was the best thing about it. I spend well over 100 nights per year in hotels and hold Marriott Ambassador status. One of the benefits of that status, when available, is the “Your24” checkout. For this stay, a late checkout was explicitly confirmed both by the front desk and by the Ambassador service the evening of check-in. The following day, when I stopped by the front desk to obtain a replacement key so I could briefly access my room before an important client meeting, I was told I needed to check out immediately or be charged for an additional night. This was a clear reversal of a confirmed benefit and reflected poor internal communication.
