I'd give 10/10! Staff was absolutely amazing, location was convenient for what we were doing. Cleanliness was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in. Room was spacious, bed was the best hotel bed ever. Noise cancelling machine, blackout curtains. Best rest I've had in years. And the FREE breakfast was great! Great job, well done.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for Valentine's Day this year and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rate was decent an the King Bed was comfortable, but this is where the positive experience stopped. Our room was on the third floor and facing the freeway. Loads of road noise could be heard into the room. No soundproofing in the room. The room itself was okay, although we were given a mobility room without asking nor being told about the assignment. There was hardly any hot water during our stay 3 minutes max and other times there was none at all. The renovations they had talked about seemed to be to the common areas and the rooms, but not the water heating. The combination of the road noise, weird room setup and no hot water will not garner another visit from us when w
I really like this hotel. The staff is great and it's a great location I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast could be better but a lot of hotels serve the same types of food. My other critisism would be its proximity to the highway. Wach room has sound macines to make up for the highway sound which works wonders. Its really close to Classen Curve and other really nice restaurants. Overall I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near a pretty decent shopping area and plenty of restaurants. Also not far from downtown OKC.
Everyone is very friendly here. The family and I stayed two nights. Honestly it wasn’t bad, we just needed a space to rest. I normally prefer our own home, but this did the job I would consider it. It smelled nice in the common areas. The rooms are just out dated. Everything around is really nice even the bar and grill and breakfast.
Booked a room for an anniversary getaway and we are VERY disappointed with this hotel! The hotel room cost $170 after tax and the only thing going for it was the bed was ok. The couch had large dark stains on it so we weren’t comfortable sitting on it, the carpet smelled, the room layout is AWFUL, and the toilet and shower are in a separate room which is fine if the light work! We had to use our cell phones to go to the bathroom or leave the door open. We didn’t get checked in until late the night we stayed so we didn’t report the light being out but still. It also has me questioning if they even cleaned the toilet or shower if they didn’t realize the light was out. Overall I have stayed at motel 6 that was better than my stay, especially with that price!
