The Windsor Suites

My husband and my stay at The Windsor Suites was wonderful on all counts -- from the moment we were welcomed at the front desk through check-out. Our suite was surprisingly large and very well-appointed, including the needed kitchenware we used to cook up a nice breakfast. We enjoyed use of the gym and sky lounge, which offered commanding views of the city. And while all staff were very friendly and helpful, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Noellia, who greeted us warmly when we checked in, answered our questions and resolved any concerns we might have had over the course of our stay. Windsor Suites is a true gem in the heart of Philadelphia!

Went to Philly for the Christmas Market and stayed at the Windsor suites. It was GREAT! The location was walkable not only to the market, but also the historical parks. The room was very large and well appointed. The ability to make meals was terrific. The price was very reasonable especially for the area. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even the maintenance folks we encountered in the elevator went out of their way to make sure we were having a good stay. The desk folk, especially Cat, made sure we knew where everything was, even though we checked in really late. Even the valet was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay at the Windsor Suites any time we’re in Philly!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, and the 14th-floor suite had an amazing view that truly elevated the experience. The hotel offers great amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and pool, all of which were well maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The staff was very professional, with top-notch customer service and a welcoming, friendly attitude throughout. The hotel has a great aura and atmosphere, it feels polished yet relaxing. Valet parking was convenient, and the area felt very safe. Another big plus is the location: stores and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

For the price it was ok. Valet was easy and super quick. The hallway to our room was dated & smelled either musty or like cigarettes. Even my kids noticed it. Room was clean, in need of updating. Floors were new, but that's it. The room was super loud. We stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony and we heard motorcyles or those loud bikes they race around now ALL NIGHT LONG and we had a sound machine on! I would suggest maybe an inside room, not one towards the street. But again, for the price & how quick we were there it was ok. Next time, I would spend alittle more for a nicer hotel/room.

Our family needed to be in Philadelphia for an extensive surgery to a family member.  Choosing to stay at Windsor Suites was definitely the appropriate decision.  We were provided with a larger two room apartment in center city with a kitchenette in which to manage our daily affairs while being close to the hospital for daily trips.  Each staff member was extremely accommodating to all our needs; changing checkout timeframes and ad-hoc requests without issue. Not only was the staff very attentive to all our daily living needs, they were very compassionate and emotionally supportive at a time that was sensitive for our family. It was comforting to stay at Windsor Suites as the staff and accommodations helped us during a difficult time.  My family would recommend this hotel for any extended
