The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

The staff was fantastic and the service was warm and welcoming. The front desk team was all incredibly helpful and kind. Mo, the valet and luggage attendant, was especially friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Despite the NYE week rush, the bartenders stayed on top of their work without letting the crowd slow them down, and they remained pleasant throughout. |The golf course and staff were also excellent! The clubhouse food was okay.

Positive: Very pleasant staff Negative: Glasses in room were dirty, not dusted, water did not drain in bathtub. I have pictures showing how disgusting the glasses were. They were clearly wiped with a towel that was used for other things.

Wonderful time at the Westin Savannah harbor golf course . All the staff here has been amazing but the main lobby bar bartenders, Mateo, Abba, and Bobbie have been extra special. Mateo remembered My name and room number from night to night. All the service was excellent. And a big shout out to Isabella and Michelle at the front desk , for making my experience here so enjoyable. Thanks All!

Very nice. The restaurant has a great buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Don't eat at the Starbucks in the lobby, they just nuke the breakfast sandwiches for far too long, burning the cheese. See photo. There is a free ferry to take you across the river, but you have to be on their schedule. It runs every half hour. But, its a nice smooth ride and fairly quick. The only other way to get across the river is to drive, but it is out of the way.

We researched all the best hotels prior to our visit celebrating my wife’s 80th birthday. Since her birthday is during the Christmas holidays she was usually mixed in with the Christmas celebrations growing up. Our visit to Savannah was planned for the day after Christmas for a 3 day treat. Upon arrival the Westin staff asked if we were celebrating anything special and when the lady found out that we had a special event, they upgraded our room to one on the 13th floor. We had paid for a River view, but the one we got was certainly something special. We saw beautiful lights across the river, gorgeous sunsets and all the interesting activities happening on the river. We got free drinks, snacks and cookies downstairs in the lobby, ate in the resort restaurant, and even used the free ferry to
