The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

Our first real visit to HHI and we could not have selected a more incredible resort! Everything was first class. Warm greetings as we drove into the entrance and very welcoming team to get us checked in. Room was wonderful and the view from our balcony was exceptional. The grounds were perfectly kept and the path to the beach had woven mats to make walking down more enjoyable. They even had a spot for borrowing books and beach toys! The dining experience was incredible and we were given recommendations to other local spots to try (many that offered a discount to guests!) The concierge team was warm and extremely knowledgeable! Our trip could not have been any more perfect! Thank you Westin HHI!

Great service, and a wonderful experience. Because our Airbnb was terrible, and falsely presented, we went to the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa. Our family was staying there. Boy, I wish we had started off there. We had an ocean front room, on the first floor which was lovely. However, when a cold front swooped into the Island, and the heat was not working, we went to the front desk, and asked to speak to the manager. Her name was Tychelle. What a great representative of this company. I explained the situation to her, and she immediately apologized for the situation. She told us that even if the heater was fixed, we'd still be cold because the first floor is just that way. She offered to move us to a different floor. I told her that we really didn't want to move, and we though

Positive: The hotel is very clean and very pretty. great location Negative: shower did not work and maintenance did nothing but say they would alert the front desk. Nothing happened. Additional charges were not discussed ($20 self parking fee, service dog fee)

I visited this hotel for a getaway from Atlanta. My room (1041) was very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the resort itself was beautiful. Windu and Haleem provided amazing customer service and truly stood out. I appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, but I do wish I had known this in advance, as I was looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge. Unfortunately, a few rooms near mine left their dogs unattended, and I could hear barking and scratching at the doors for hours while I was trying to rest. It was very disruptive. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved. Overall, the property and staff were wonderful, but the noise from unattended dogs impacted my ability to fully relax. Stayed at Westin Hilton Head for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked a spa rate and took full advantage of all the amenities afforded to us for the stay. DAILY FITNESS classes first with Sue and then with Lindy. Both classes were just myself and my sister. We were lucky enough to have the instructor providing a private class to us because it was off season. Thank you to both instructors for giving us a path and accountability to wellness. We also booked massages and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and whirlpool. It was a wonderful experience overall. Mimosas were also drank. Jackie was especially personable at the spa and really tried to accomodate especially since I had to leave for my flight on the 3rd day it was crucial to book something in the morning.
