Spicebush at Sea Pines

We have been coming here for years and love it. It is comfortable for our family and meets our needs. It is in Sea Pines Circle. It is usually quiet, has its own pool, tennis/pickleball court, grills, and is an easy walk/bike ride to the beach.

Lovely townhouse unit with 3 levels above ground level. However we were able to unload from the vehicle into the ground level foyer and move items upstairs as needed. Three stairs of 7 steps. Living room TV never worked right but management was quick to send someone to try to fix it. We would have loved a DVD player in the master suite. Very open modern design with lots of windows. Great view. We loved watching the birds in the lagoon. Great location. Big private deck. Close to amenities because resort is not enormous. Interesting arrangement of master suite.

When we first arrived at Sea Pines it was overwhelming and difficult to figure out where to go to check in and find our unit. Sea Pines is HUGE!!! It seemed to be too big and crowded, and we weren't sure we were going to enjoy our stay. However, that changed after we visited the bike rental shop where the friendly ladies gave us a map and told us how to get around. Everything is bikeable, so it became smaller once we could get around. Sure, carrying boogie boards, towels and chairs while biking isn't easy, but you get used to it, or you can rent a pull-behind cart. You definitely need to bring or rent bikes. The beach is very crowded right by the beach club house where the restaurant and bar is, but if you go further down the beach it gets much sparser. ||The actual unit that we stayed in

My wife and I recently stayed here with another couple. While not new (built in the late 70s), this timeshare townhouse has some very nice updates that make it very comfortable. ||||The check in was very easy. They have code on the door that is changed for each new guest and they allow you to customize the code to your own preference. ||||We stayed in unit 569 but all the units are the same (I believe). The unit has four levels so if stairs are a concern this place won't work for you. ||||The living area has a nice couch (sofa sleeper I believe) and two chairs and was very comfortable for us. The kitchen is nice, with newer counters, sink, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen also has a stacked washer and dryer that is brand new GE higher end appliances. The master b

The deck and view are nice, and the location (Sea Pines) is the best in Hilton Head (except for ocean-views), but not he best in Sea Pines. That’s all the good that I can report.||||The kitchen and living room are up a flight of stairs, the small bed and bath up a second flight,and the master up a third flight. Going up and down stairs constantly gets old; if you have problems with stairs,this place will be a disaster for you.||||The kitchen is adequately equipped, but the refrigerator makes a loud noise. It wasn’t turned on when we arrived and took some time to cool off, which placed our groceries in jeopardy.||||The master bed and bath are in the same room, and the shower is a large, open shower which affords no privacy from anyone in the bedroom, nor can you use the nice double sink
