Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort

We have been DVC members for many years now and stayed at several of the resorts. We chose to go off the beaten path this year and stay at Vero Beach and here at Hilton Head. In my original review, which I have revised. I definitely experienced some disappointments, but Disney did come through and is working hard to make the remainder of our stay more than pleasant and we are truly grateful for that. I have loved being a DVC member for many years and have been very pleased, and most everyone we have met has been a delight. I’m thankful that the staff here at Hilton Head listened and have been amazingly kind. Thank You! All of the villas seem to have at least two flights of stairs others four flights. Bell services would be an awesome added addition. The ladies that come in to do the daily

Entrance was welcoming However Elevator for main Checkin Lobby was Not Functioning ; Notified two days before arrival;spouse unable to climb stairs for amenities ; We pay for Maintenance ;you think this would be a priority for Disney(DVC) membership.|Building # 29 Rm # 2912 |Rooms clean ; Beds Not Firm ;pillows not comfortable;Staff very helpful with room attending ; Great floor plan with 2 bedrooms; Satff very respectful when knocking for daily Attendance|Front Desk on arrival not so much welcoming ; Attendant at front desk ;Stated (just hired in May 2025)|she was Not Too informative.|Area for room was atmospheric and Beautiful; Noisey Above Room Visitors|Will return ;hope they train their staff with Original Disney Culture Welcoming

We've been DVC members for about 10 years but we had never been to this Hilton Head resort. So we decided to give it a shot on our road trip down to Florida. We are SO glad we did! We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe studio right before Christmas. It was not busy at all. It WAS chillier than we were expecting, so we did wish we had packed more sweatshirts! But we still had a fabulous time! We rented bikes through the Disney resort and LOVED riding them to the beach! The Disney beach house was nice, and we loved that they had beach toys for our kids to borrow and use while on the beach! We also loved doing a craft each day at the community hall. We were there the weekend of 1/30- 2/1, when it snowed! Every Cast Member we came in contact with seemed genuinely excited and happy to see us, anytime we walked around the property. It reminded me of how Disney Parks customer service use to be when I was a kid. The host, Hank, at the reception desk greeted us like old friends coming to visit, when we came to check in late Friday night. The housekeeping staff greeted us warmly every time we passed them and had left a little care package of snacks in our room, the store staff literally opened the door for us as we walked up and took time to make my niece feel special, the lifeguard staff helped us make a snowball… because as Floridians…we had no idea lol giving us a magical experience we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to check off the bu

Noisy construction going on, little attempt seemed to be made to mitigate the noise other that hours restrictions. It took repetitive requests for fuel for the grill to get a fresh tank delivered to facilitate a grill-out. Generally quiet outside of construction hours, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds.
