Customer Reviews
My stay here was average. The room was fine and met expectations (4 stars), but both the service and the location were more basic. It works if you just need a standard place to sleep, but don't expect many frills or a central neighborhood feel.
Great view from our room on the 4th floor. Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Close to metro. Good price
From midnight to 7 a.m., I had to listen to a man violently assaulting a woman on the 4th floor. It went on for hours. I called the front desk begging them to call the police — the overnight guy came upstairs, got scared, and ran back to the elevator. Nothing was done. When I asked for a refund in the morning, they refused. Instead, they offered me a “discount” to stay another night — except that “discounted” room was $250 instead of $130. Total scam. The staff literally laughed about it, even after admitting other guests complained. The place is filthy, crawling with drugs, pimps, and chaos. A trap house would honestly feel safer. This experience was traumatizing, and I didn’t get my money back. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.
Spent three nights here with my parents on a medical visit in nearby china town. Checking in on the first day I was greeted and made very welcome by the lady in reception and was told I could park in one of the two extremely tight/small parking spots located out back. I would not recommend these to anyone inexperienced/new to driving but be warned you will have to really squeeze your way out once parked because your door will only open about 50% and you will have to back yourself out all the way out on to the street. Room was very small/cramped and somewhat dirty like the floors and the dead insects caked onto the walls (2) but overall I would give it a pass thanks to my horrendous experience over at The Phoenix hotel just across the street which I won't get farther into. My biggest issue
I do not recommend this hotel at all. The sheets were dirty, and I even found hair on them. Parking was very inconvenient, and the actual price was much higher than what was shown online. There were no proper facilities — no place to sit and eat, no refrigerator, no microwave. The overall conditions were very poor, and I regret staying here.
