Apparently, “check-out at 10 a.m.” means “we’ll let ourselves in sometime after sunrise.” The location? Great. The rooms? Fine — a little worn-in, like your grandma’s guest room, but it does the job. The tub drains at about the speed of continental drift, but you get there eventually. The real adventure started on check-out day. Around 8:30 a.m., I heard a quick knock — and before I could even find pants, a staff member keyed in and started opening the door. No phone call, no “housekeeping!” warning, just pure stealth mode. I had to yell to stop them from walking in. What makes this extra fun is that they have a check-out system through the room phone. I used it at 9:55, right before leaving — like a normal person who believed check-out was at, you know, 10 a.m. But apparently I waited

We recently stayed through the timeshare that we have. No one ever answers the phone. Even during office hours. It always goes to a messaging device where calls are not returned in a timely manner. Upon our arrival and checking into our unit, we quickly found several (7) screws just randomly throughout the unit on the floor. We have a crawling child who could have quickly harmed themselves if we hadn’t have found them before they did. The dishwasher was falling out of the housing station and maintenance had to be called for repairs. When getting into bed that night, the sheets were discovered to be stained with brown colored streaks. A call was made where we were asked if we for sure knew it was fecal matter. It was explained that it didn’t matter what it was stained with, that they were s

Not sure why they do not update the rooms. They are small which is fine with me but as an owner of 2 weeks in 2 different units my maintenance fees have gone up tremendously in the last few years. Some people that I have talked to that own weeks there one gentleman owns 6 different weeks is thinking about just not paying yearly fees and letting there units go back said it would be cheaper to do that then pay all the fees.

Staff could not be nicer. Erik is very knowledgeable. Our unit had been refurbished and was nice. It is an older resort with amazing mature trees. Deer galore walking around. If you enjoy pickle ball or tennis, this is your place. Pretty walk to beach. beach.

We stayed using our timeshare service. The whole area is lovely and well maintained. The people are all friendly and most helpful. The room we stayed in is a bit long in the tooth but still acceptably nice and clean and well maintained. Local activities are numerous and there are plenty of very good places to dine and others to go shopping. Highly recommended.
