The View Motel

I stayed here last week. The king bed room was wonderful, quiet, spacious and modern. The staff is great and friendly. The location is superb with lots of parking. You have the best views in Cottonwood. It is off the Main road up a hill. Walking distance to an upscale Fry's market and other stores.

Easy check-in, great space for our family. There is a little kitchen to make simple breakfast and coffee. Maintenance came to fix problem very quickly after requested. Too cold to try the pool as it's out of season anyway. So much potential if rooms are refreshed/modernised.

I paid extra for a bigger room in a quiet part of the hotel and Debbie wouldn't let me get what I paid for be wise she made the mistake of putting the wrong info and wouldn't reverse it so I had to spend a week miserable... No view, noisy from doors slamming waking me up multiple times a night . I want a refund for the extra $35 a day every day i had to stay in that second room! She was not a nice person.

I arrived in December 2025 and stayed for one week. My room was fairly priced and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. I came with my dog from Phoenix having business meetings and will certainly return.||This place is centrally located directly in the center of the business corridor making it easy to restaurants and bars to relax. ||I have noticed the cost of all the hotels within this area but The View seems to maintain a fair cost for a fair room and am happy I found this place.

This is a clean and decent motel.nothing fancy but beds are comfortable and everything works well. I would have given a better review if the bathroom did not have such a awful smell...not sure what it was (cleaning agents used or the way the sweage us treated or sonething). It was clean abd decent just smelled not great. All else was good.
