Lofts of Old Town

This place was absolutely perfect. The condo is in walking distance to all the great wine rooms and fantastic restaurants in Old Town, which made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. We parked the car and didn’t need it again. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and decorated so well—it felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together, not just a typical rental. Everything was clean and well stocked, and it was a great place to relax after a full day out. Mike and Patty were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and took the time to recommend several great restaurants and hikes, which we really appreciated and ended up loving. Their local tips made our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cottonwood!

My stay with Lofts of Old Town was impeccable. The location is in the heart of Old Town & is very walkable to shops, restaurants, and parks. The condo itself is clean, polished, spacious, fully stocked, cool, quiet, and relaxing with three separate patios. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, the blinds do a great job of keeping light out at night, and each room has separate a/c units that work very well. I loved the dedicated office space, washer & dryer (stocked with supplies), and complimentary pour-over coffee options in the kitchen. I did need the door code reset after extending my stay, but the hosts responded immediately and had no trouble resetting it remotely. They even dropped off a bottle of wine the next day as an apology (unnecessary but appreciated :))! They clearly put a

I cannot say enough about how perfect this place was! Incredibly clean, wonderfully decorated, relaxing. The owners are very friendly and communicative. Easy check in with keypad. We loved being right on Main Street. There was live music across the street both nights we were there. We could sit on our cute balcony with a drink and enjoy! The boutiques and restaurants on the street are wonderful. A new candy/popcorn store just moved in directly across the street. If you are visiting Arizona--this is the PERFECT location. You are in easy driving distance to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff. We absolutely love Cottonwood. It is such a cute place, everyone is friendly. As usual...place is immaculate. Smells brand new every time we stay. It's spotless. Perfect location to stay and spend the weekend walking wine street...I mean Main Street!

Best of the best. From location to luxurious accommodations. We used the balcony every morning for coffee and breakfast. We used the balcony every night for a night cap and to watch all the people in town. You can walk from your room to every thing old town Cottonwood has to offer. Also comes with a reserved parking spot for you. So no searching for parking. Great place to unwind at the end of the day. Best place to stay in Old Town Cottonwood. Great views of Mingus mountain.
