Beautiful hotel, needs a hot tub. Room was beautiful. Bathroom was odd, no private toilet area. Shower head needed to be shined up. Hard water spots on it and the glass, too. Breakfast was good with protein choices. Front desk personal and the cleaning crew are awesome and very polite. Would stay again. Felt very safe. Thank You!

Fabulous hotel. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff treats their guests like family. The breakfast is delicious with everything you can imagine a breakfast should be. The bed is so comfortable with pillows that caress you. The place to stay when your in the Verde Valley area.

It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel while in town for a day trip to Sedona. Our party required two rooms, and both were outstanding. My parents were particularly impressed with their accommodations and overall experience. The most notable aspect of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the team. The Hotel Staff and Manager Sara were highly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their commitment to service significantly enhanced the quality of our stay. We had a really great stay here at the Springhill Suites. The hotel let us check in early, which was a huge plus. The room was very modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and there was also a sofa that was big enough to be used as a twin bed, with bedding provided. I also liked that the room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and basic toiletries.||The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel—lots of variety and very well done. The lobby was also convenient, with a little area that sold snacks, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and even toiletries and medicine.||The front desk staff was very friendly, check-in was quick, and overall the service was great.
