The Valley Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Absolutely love the location! However, I stayed here with my children twice and both times the rooms were pretty dirty. It could be such a nice place with some updates! The second time was alot better than our first experience but still disappointing. I do have to say my kids loved it! They enjoyed the arcade and lounge area. Its a pretty loud hotel but with kids myself I get it!

We had a great stay at the Valley Inn in Waterville Valley while in town for a hockey tournament. Pedro was absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. Traveling with multiple families and lots of kids can be challenging, but Pedro made everything easy and stress-free. The inn was very family-friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference during a busy tournament weekend. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely and cozy stay at The Valley Inn! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout my time there. It’s also in a prime location, making it super easy to walk to the town square for any shopping needs! I will definitely be staying again ! ❤️

Warning, do not stay here! It's unfortunate that this hotel has not been maintaining their property. They have a great location close to ski resorts and restaurants but the rooms are in terrible shape. The air conditioning and heater units are old and do not work well. Light fixtures are missing and paint is peeling in the bathroom. I made a reservation for 2 "suites" that came with 2 queen beds in each room and the mattresses were awful. Very thin, old and uncomfortable. There was also an error with my booking website where 3 rooms were reserved on my behalf without my knowledge. I only needed 2 rooms and the hotel refused to cancel my 3rd accidental reservation. Even though they were all made the day before check-in. They were not holding these rooms for me far in advance it was a last

Stayed there for a hockey tournament and won't stay there again. Beds were uncomfortable and the room had outdated amenities (e.g. no smart TV, old malfunctioning phone, etc). The heating system kept the room way too hot even at the lowest temperature. Throughout the night, we'd have to turn off the heat completely to cool the room down and then on again when the room would eventually get too cold. Room had a barn style bathroom door that could not be closed all the way or locked and offered no privacy. Our group was also offered the function room at a set price, but then Valley Inn charged that price at a per hour rate without notice.
