Great value for our family of 5. Great location. Close easy commute to mountain. 1 min walking distance to the little village town area with general store, pizza, etc. Rooms were clean and cozy. Not fancy but perfect crash pad after skiing for the day. Complimentary breakfast was good and easy with great options for kiddos. The Indian restaurant was delicious. We didn’t realize the Waterville freedom pass was included so we didn’t bring our bathing suits but definitely will next time to use at the athletic club. We’ll be back for sure! Also, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating when we had to shift our dates slightly because our cat was hospitalized due to an urgent medical issue. We are grateful for their kindness and that there was availability to make this happen. Thank

The hotel is extremely outdated, with old furniture and fixtures from at least 30 years ago. The room fridge had mold in the freezer portion, and noise from rowdy guests went unchecked all night despite being emailed "rules". The restaurant service was poor, with long waits even when it wasn’t busy, and the breakfast was barely edible. It has a lot of potential but unfortunately did not deliver.

Positive: Location, walked to village Square for Fall fest. Fun! Negative: Obvious mouse sticky traps.

Front entrance smells like trash, outdated which is fine but a few updates would help go along way. Toilet seat was barely holding on, missing a cover. Used 1 tissue then the box was empty, went to front desk and no one was there. There was a Q-tip on the hallway floor for 2 days, there when we arrived on Thursday evening and didn’t get picked up until Saturday afternoon. If you’re with a hockey team and parents/kids want to hang out after 10pm this isn’t the place for you, don’t waste your time if you want to have knee hockey fun or adult fun.

Great location in the middle of town. Has a very rustic feel to it for the good and the bad. The hockey team(s) that stayed at the same time with us were having the time of their lives. Since we weren't a part of the party the level of noise was oppressive at times. I liked the Indian restaurant for dinner, but breakfast, while including all the essentials, felt very institutional with paper plates, plastic knives etc.
