This hotel gets poor marks on all fronts. It’s down the street from two homeless shelters and mental people circle the area. There is no parking except pay lots and that doesn’t guarantee you have a spot. If they are full then you have to pay to park on the street or another lot. Even if it’s the same company. They charge for each location. Three days was over 100 bucks and had to pay over twenty on my third night because the lot was full. The staff was overall rude and there was no food available at the hotel their vender left. They have three elevators only two work and they all broke while there. They did manage later to get one working. Their price was not a value. The elevator smelled nasty and most of the guests I spoke to complained about the facility. They have one dolly for luggag

Avoid this Hotel at all cost..... Lobby smell's of something not Sure what. The Guy on reception was very nice. Restaurant was closed and No Bar ...If you're staying for more than a night you need to book the cleaner and fresh towels the day before.Room needs updating. Sink is blocked and Toilet is also blocked. Makeup Mirror is broken. No hot water from the sink and it takes forever for the hot water to come through in the shower and still then it's not consistent. Sellotape on the ceiling and Glitter on the walls must be there for a while. The only good thing about this Hotel is the bed is comfortable and it's walking distance from bourbon Street.... Coming back in two weeks time for the Mardi Gra but we won't be staying in this Hotel. Please give this Hotel a makeover it deserves i

Overall not too bad of a stay. The location was great, 10 min walk to the smoothie king center. They offer valet but there is parking across the street that was very affordable. The only downside I is that the hot water goes in and out, when using it was all the way hot but going in and out from hot to cold. I think it may be an issue in the whole hotel but I’m not sure. The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and we would stay here again but I would hope to have hot water next time.

The rooms are fine, but unfortunately they aren’t fine enough to be okay with the price of the rooms AND the surprise (and non negotiable) fee of about $15/day and the very expensive hold they don’t tell you about until check in. With that said, arguably the most stressful part of hotel traveling was not only met with surprise costs, but now we come to find out they don’t offer parking, only a $50/night valet that wasn’t even available during our stay. After a long 2 days of travel this was very stressful to deal with, and the hotel staff was not helpful here, nor were they helpful when we requested our room to be cleaned and replenished as expected by the mandatory fee they charged us. When we called to ask if they had some of our belongings in their possession (ID cards, credit cards),

The location, close walking distance to Canal, where there’s plenty of food and drink options and traditional NOLA cultural experiences. The hotel though, was disappointing for the price. Broken faucet, no hot water in the sink, shower hot water was inconsistent and we never got our room cleaned. We were there for four days and three nights. Lastly, the front desk staff person, lady who works mornings, she exemplifies person who doesn’t care about customers. Poor customer service and lacks costumer courtesy. It was our first time in NOLA. When asked if the water bottles in the rooms were complimentary, I was met with a snarky response… “nothing is free, you’re paying for it based on your stay, so if you take 2 bottles from our cooler and take to your room, we will charge you for it eithe
