Marsh Hotel

What a sweet hotel. Great atmosphere in the coffee bar and outside patio. The staff were wonderful. The room was small but clean and the beds SO comfortable. A choice of 4 pillows per bed to meet any sleepy heads need. Will totally stay there again next time pass thru New Orleans!!!

This place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or ***** smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weatherstripping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a

I had a great stay at **Marsh Hotel**. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up — exactly what you want after a long day out in the city. One of the biggest wins was the location. It’s an **easy walk to the Mardi Gras parade routes**, which made getting in and out incredibly convenient without dealing with traffic or rideshares. Everything about the stay was smooth and stress-free, and I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans. Highly recommend.

The Marsh is our new fav hotel in New Orleans. The sheets are crisp and clean. The room was clean and very cool. There is a nice patio with tables and chair swings. The lobby/bar/coffee shop is great. Watched football and met a bunch of locals. The only downside would be the thin walls. All the neighbors were quiet and respectful but if you had a screaming kid it wouldnt be fun.

We enjoyed our stay at The Marsh hotel very much. The rooms are very clean modern, have everything you would need. The lobby/coffee shop/bar was a very cool addition. Staff was friendly and liked how chill the check-in/out process was. The hotel is conveniently located the area is safe, quiet and have some good restaurants nearby. It's also just a quick ride from french quarters. Highly recommend this place! Really great value for the price!
