The Theodore New Orleans

Location in CBD is great. Walkable to the quarter and lower garden. It’s next to a supermarket. Have coffee shops and good restaurants in the CBD as well. The space is large. The bathrooms are large. Of note, in our unit, the bathrooms were both within bedrooms. I wouldn’t suggest staying here compared to many other spots. The reasons are as follows: for the price, you don’t housekeeping. I asked for more toilet paper and the response I got was that we give you a supplier but this is a vacation rental and there is a CVS and supermarket next door. The sheets didn’t fit on the bed properly and we asked to get new ones but they never came. So every night they came off the bed and we more or less slept on the mattress. Had an amazing stay at The Theodore New Orleans! Location in the Central Biz District was ideal, with close proximity to French Qtr on one side, Garden District on the other, and very close to World War II Museum. Hugely helpful to have Rouse's and CVS right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants nearby as well.||Rented 3 units with deck access for a group of 14 people (7 couples) for a long weekend (Wed-Sun). Units were very clean, contemporary, bright and airy. Well stocked with kitchen items, toiletries, etc.. Furniture was very comfortable, with plenty of space for our large group. I had searched for quite awhile for units to rent, Theodore was a rare gem with each bedroom having a king size bed, large tv and its own ensuite bathroom. All the bathrooms were very larg

Everything reviewer Departure 40806654679 said is 100% on point. Our family of 5 (mom, dad, 3 teen sons) had a fantastic stay for a week over New Year’s. Location was ideal for Smoothie King Center and Superdome, as well as WWII Museum and FQ. The convenience of having Rouses Market across the street cannot be overstated. Staff was very attentive. Street parking was always easy despite the holiday week, and free overnight. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in New Orleans.

Everything was top notch! Easy check in, clean unit, comfortable beds , nice digs, a supermarket and a pharmacy right across the street and no issues with any appliances or other unrelated items. Stayed in #710. Close to many great restaurants and 15 min walk to FQ. Would book it again for sure.

This is my new go to whenever I'm in New Orleans. I have never been this impressed with a BNB type stay, but The Theodore was top tier! The location is perfect, 5 mins from everywhere you would want to be. Very clean, welcoming and modern. I loved it! The only not so great thing was the parking(its downtown, what do you expect), but we figured out a solution for that. 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
