The Suite Inn

Went in to get a room for my GSD and I for the night. Immediately felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in as there were people sitting around who looked like they were homeless and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Against my better judgment I booked the room. Immediately regretted it and asked for a refund before I even saw the room. Refund was “processed “ and was told to expect it back within 7-10 business days. This was November 8th and it’s now November 28th. Tried to call and the number has been conveniently disconnected. I live 2 hours away so it’s not so easy for me to just walk in and find out what’s going on and would absolutely be irate to go there just to get my money back which is unfortunately what I feel is going to have to happen.

Terrible. I prepaid with points, booked a few months in advance. I arrived very tired after a long trip and was told there was no room available. I had a confirmation number. They said they couldn't help me. I asked for the manager, and she told me she never heard of Aeroplan, nothing they can do, and if I didn't leave they would call the police. NEVER even think of staying here.

I arrived at this hotel and waited 20-30 minutes to check in. I called the number that was left to call when checking in and there was no answer. The guy finally came and checked me in and I heard about how they are always calling the cops and how people are there that weren’t suppose to and they wouldn’t leave when told to, also how people won’t listen to him. When I was going to go to my room the guy walked me to the room and opened the door for me. CREEPY….when I got in my room the tv was on, the beds were dirty, floor was filthy and the tub had dirt all over in it and the drain was full of garbage. There were homeless people outside and a guy kept looking at my car. I was very nervous as a women all alone. I went to the front desk to get my money back and waited half an hour a

There was no one at front desk when I went to check in waited 20min then found out my reservation was canceled so i rebooked and then when I did get my key went to work came back and my key didn't work no one at front desk and they don't answer the phone either 😑 not impressed

This place is a great place to stay and priced perfect! The staff is amazing and the general manager Becky sure knows the hotel business and is very professional with the day to day operations of this hotel. Did I mention the housekeeping team? They always go out of their way keeping the place spotless! I enjoyed the secured enterances and how they maintain them to stay secure to make you feel safe! Thanks for the great stay! It was very much appreciated! You all deserve a raise!
