Hyatt House Minot

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and the room was beautiful and appeared clean. I didn't know anything was wrong until the next morning when my husband finally told me when I couldn't fly off the handle that my 9yr old daughter found a sex toy under the pillow on one of the beds. If I had known I would have demanded a new room as that shows me the beds were not changed between guests. My husband reported it at checkout and sent them the picture we took of it before we left. The pool can barely be called a kiddy pool. No hot tub which was disappointing to a parent who had kids who wanted to swim. I will say the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had. Definitely had something for everyone. The made to order omelets were top notch

Just to start, the breakfast was PHENOMENAL! Couldn't believe the options nor the quality of the food. I slept better than I had in weeks, and the spaciousness of the room was incredible. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. And lastly, the location was perfect, secluded enough to feel like a romantic getaway, and close enough to shop til we dropped!

The hotel itself is nice. The breakfast and bar are a great positive. My room was comfortable however the tv stopped working, there was a dryer sheet stuck in the cold air return and the bath drain was so slow, the water was up to my knees by the time I finished my shower.

Well I had a terrible experience there. I rarely give bad reviews and I do this reluctantly. While using their laundry service, my laundry was stolen before the dryer cycle finished. I reported it to the front desk, and they told me they didnt have access to the security cameras but they would make note of it to the manager and to talk to them in the morning. So I talked to the manager in the morning and I was informed that they have no cameras in the laundry room. But they do have them in the lobby and bar area. I left a note in the laundry room in case someone accidentally grab my things and left theirs. The note was taken down in less than 8 hours and gives me room to believe that it may be an inside job stealing from guests. I had over 750 dollars worth of laundry and the front desks

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Angela, the Director of Sales, made booking my room seamless, and Asra truly went above and beyond during check-in and check-out. Asra is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I needed a room during the week while my husband was undergoing surgery in Minot, but the hotel was fully booked. Asra offered to place me on a waiting list, took the time to gather my information, and remarkably secured a room for me just a few hours later. Her warm and approachable demeanor made a stressful time much easier. I’m so grateful to both Asra and Angela—thank you for your outstanding service!
