Best Western Plus Bayshore Inn

Wife, dogs and I stayed for a single night on our way thru. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They upgraded our room just because since they were low on customers for the day. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good with a few hot items. Again the staff at breakfast were very pleasant and outgoing. We would definitely stay again.

Staff friendly professional room was very clean spacious and has refrigerator and microwave . Beautiful garden with a beautiful pond with Koi fish. It is right off the main street with the mall nearby plenty of restaurants and places to visit.. |they have a very good breakfast selection, including hot breakfast with lots of choices for meat eaters to vegetarians ! You have choices for different hot drinks and different types of coffee. Even though it’s winter, we enjoyed the hot tub. We are planning a trip later in the year and next year and we are coming back here.

The hotel was convenient for exploring Eureka and Ferndale. It is close to a lot of good food options, though more on the fast food and quick service type places. Also close to the mall and Walmart so shopping was convenient. In terms of the actual hotel it was a really good option for our family. The rooms are large and clean, though slightly dated. The pool, hot tub, and workout equipment were all great. The pool is half indoors/half outdoor, which was great when it rained. Breakfast was free and had great variety.

After traveling a very long way and staying at multiple hotels along the route — including Hilton and Marriott properties — this Best Western in Eureka truly stood out. The bed was hands-down the comfiest we slept in our entire trip, which says a lot after days of driving. The staff was also incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with our late check-in and having two dogs with us. That level of care made a long day feel instantly easier. But the shining star of our stay was Sylvia We woke up on our final morning to the complimentary breakfast, and Sylvia had prepared everything herself. Sylvia in the breakfast room was so kind and amazing, she was attentive without being overbearing, and made this the best breakfast we had on our two week trip (plus the food was great with plenty of options). We stayed in the room with the big jet tub which was cool, otherwise the room was standard.
