The Silverton Lodge

We spent four nights at the Silverton Lodge with our two dogs. The accommodation was very clean and has pretty much everything you need for an extended stay (all the basic/necessary kitchen kit, plenty of linens, etc). The location is perfect, just off the main drag and walkable to the whole town. There’s also nice back garden area, great for morning coffee outside or stargazing at night. Owners were very responsive and helpful, even accommodating a late check out time. We’d definitely stay here again if back in the area!

We stayed in the 'Bear Mountain Suite' at the end of October, weather was sunny but cold in the mornings. The suite was really cozy and the decor fitted the ambiance of the location, see attached photos. Would absolutely recommend staying at Mark's place, Silverton Lodge, which is convenient for all the sightseeing, exploring and trekking you can cope with. Hopefully we will be back again next year!!

Check in and communication were so easy here. Lots of room for us and our pups. We really appreciate Mark letting us all stay. It's sometimes difficult to find dog places for two dogs. The Silverton Lodge was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again!

My husband and I have been coming to Silverton at least twice a year for the last six (seven? eight?! time's weird) years. Sometimes we camp, but in the winter, at least when I'm coming, we rent a place in town. This was our first time staying at The Silverton Lodge. We stayed in the Bear Mountain suite. It was warm, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a full kitchen but it was also nice to be right around the corner from a great bakery and restaurants. Being able to bring our dog was a huge perk. He's little and not much of an outdoorsman but he had the time of his life in the snow and an even better time back in the warm suite curled up in his bed. The owner, Mark, is so great! He checked in often to make sure everything was okay and was so kind and help

I was a bit skeptical about booking here, only because it was our first time in Silverton and I wasn't familiar with the area. Once my husband and I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Really cute lodge and very clean. Loved having a living room and a full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.
