The San Ayre Court

These rooms are so cute! They are super close to all the things that COS has to offer - Manitou, OCC, regular Colorado Springs, GOTG, Cheyenne Mountain, downtown, just every thing! The rooms themselves were VERY clean and nice. Decor was adorable. Inside the room, we had an actual coffee maker, coffee, sugar, and cream powder or liquid. The mini fridge is actually mini fridge size with a freezer. TV was Roku and you could sign into your apps. The shower was a bath and a shower. The bed was okay- I'm just not much of a memory foam kinda person, but if you are, it's comfortable! The parking lot is nice, as long as the compact cars actually park in their spot and not a bigger vehicle. There are two entry/exits in the parking lot. There is a back lot, I just didn't use it. Staying here with my boyfriend for vacation. The room is clean, bed is comfy, and it feels very safe. The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Fresh towels are provided. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with small freezer, microwave and electric stove. Utensils, plates and cups are provided so you can bring your own food. TV is a roku so many options. Definitely stay here! Also laundry is free and they have detergent and dryer sheets.

Place was just what they advertised. Moccasin was perfect for our stay. Service was prompt and helpful. Will stay again on next visit for sure!

Маленькі, затишні та гарні апартаменти. Ідеально для подорожі вдвох. Пет френдлі. Ми прожили тут більше місяця, тому відгук більш ніж повний. Розташування сподобалось, тихе місце. Близько до Саду Богів, Маніту, супермаркетів. В перший день ми хвилювалися, що шум від дороги буде заважати, але ми помилялись. З приходом ночі дорога стала менш навантажена і ні краплі не заважала. В кімнаті було чисто. Постільна білизна та рушники яскраво кристально кольору. Все що вам може знадобитись по господарству- все є в наявності. Є де випрати речі (безкоштовно). Температуру в помешканні легко регулювати кондиціонером. В ванній кімнаті є додатковий обігрівач. Також є сучасний телевізор з ютубом, нетфліксом і іншими застосунками, що робить вечора ще більш затишними. Не вистачає якогось місця для
