One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at this year. Super clean fresh rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was genuinely so tasty and the atmosphere beside fireplace was really cute. You can walk straight into town it’s super close and it’s aesthetically pleasing. Lots of museums, grocery stores, and a dog park all conveniently within walking distance The fact they’re dog friendly made my life so much easier while traveling. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back!
We were happy to find a room near the Railyard on our way through Santa Fe. The location is nice. However, the room was pretty run down. It's an older motel with a few upgrades but overall not very clean and smelled like pets. Linens didn't seem very fresh. Additionally, they charge a $15 "resort fee" which came as a surprise after our stay (was not mentioned as we checked in). I called and was told it was for things like the pool and WiFi, although the pool was closed for the season and no WiFi information was provided to us. The motel was pretty full that night and therefore parking was difficult. We would not stay there again.
Stayed in this hotel for two nights for our first time in Santa Fe. It definitely felt like more of a budget hotel than I expected. Staff was really great (there is a free shuttle to downtown with a really nice driver!) and the front desk is staffed 24/7. Location is great, we were able to walk to nearby things, including the railyard area. The room wasn’t stellar: the obviously AI-generated “art” in the room made it feel cheap. We were in a connected room separated by a locked door, and unfortunately that meant we listened to our neighbor’s TV until 3 am: the walls are very thin here, bring earplugs. It was clean for the most part, but the sheets, while smelling like they had been washed, had quite a bit of hair that wasn’t ours stuck to the blanket. Not sure why they would choose a blan
Positive: Location, club on property, breakfast, bus to square. Negative: The rooms are tired and need a refresh-paint, bathroom renovation, furniture, etc. . Floors were dirty. Scratchy sheets and towels. It was not as nice as previous stays due to these factors. Breakfast was not as good as previous stays.
Great for pets. TERRIBLE FOOD AND COFFEE! Dirty Kureg in the room. Cold coffee in the lobby, everytime you went in the lobby. No cups for cold coffee, because you could zap it in the microwave. Room- 1 out of 4 lights on the beds worked in the room. My dog found d a dirty sock as soon as we entered our room. Bed and pillows looked clean and we're comfy. HVAC unit worked well no issues and not crazy noisy. No wonder it was cheap, quality showed. Inexpensive if quality was better.
