Customer Reviews
The location is excellent—just a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe, making it convenient while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The private hot tub was a highlight and made the stay more memorable. Overall, it’s a wonderful environment to truly unwind and enjoy a holiday.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Four Seasons Santa Fe, spending several nights in a beautiful suite with both an indoor and outdoor fireplace—perfect for a cozy, restful experience. Room service was consistently very good, both the food and the cocktails, and the overall quality was high throughout our stay.||One highlight was the fire concierge, which added a thoughtful and memorable touch to the evenings and really reinforced the sense of relaxation. While service at the bar was occasionally a bit slow, the staff was gracious and the drinks were excellent, so it didn’t detract significantly from the experience.||One practical note: I strongly recommend reserving spa treatments well in advance. The spa was fully booked for most of our stay, and we weren’t able to get appointments with
Had an amazing Valentine’s dinner. Food was wonderful and the service was amazing. Since I called to reversed Natalie was very professional and friendly ready to assist. Robert, valet parking very friendly took our car and was nice enough to take us some pictures after our dinner. Amber, our server was amazing, very friendly, professional, and fast to assist. Providing info about the special menu, drinks and desserts. We had a great dinner. Thank you Four Seasons!
I didn't stay here just came for brunch. It wasn't bad at all but I was hoping for more options. It was the weekend though and Valentine's Day. The manager was very helpful and we had a great conversation! The server and wait staff were great too! Very on top of things and helpful with ordering
The most luxurious, other worldly resort out there. We stayed for a mini honey moon and enjoyed every single second. Highlights included dining at Terra on Christmas eve, building our own fires in our room and on our private patio, indulging in a couples massage at the spa, and jogging the Camino Encantado. The staff and service were impeccable, they paid attention to our every need and went above and beyond to communicate with us. Aside from the hotel, we took day trips to hike the surrounding mountains, spend time in downtown Santa Fe, go to Meow Wolf, and visit Bandalier National Park. We enjoyed the outdoors of Santa Fe and the unique, local foods. We can’t wait for our next stay with the Four Seasons, this has definitely turned us into worldwide return customers!
