Customer Reviews
My husband and I have been coming to Santa Fe regularly for many years now and just stayed here for the first time and loved it. We were so happy to have a place to charge our electric car. Our room on the second level was very cute and cozy with a nice kitchenette that included utensils, coffee pot and coffee, pots, pans, plates. They are very eco friendly with filtered drinking water in a glass bottle and steel drinking cups on our table. Several other amenities in the room included earplugs, soap, hand sanitizer and lotion available. Also, the shower included refillable dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Very friendly staff. There's a cute breakfast room with a basic continental breakfast. This place is lovely and close to the plaza.
What a find this place was, my best lodging experience of my cross country trip. Great staff who excel in customer service. No surprise deposit required upon checkin so you instantly feel like a trusted friend of the staff. The pricing was reasonable and fair for a well preserved time capsule of Santa Fe architecture and finishes.
This family-owned and run motel is everything such a property should be. Staff are personable and efficient. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, there is ample parking. We stayed in one of the dog-friendly casitas, which opens into a courtyard shared with two other casitas. The included breakfast is healthful and filling and well-prepared. Highly recommended.
Breakfast sucked. The toilet paper sucked. And there are cameras in “private” patio areas. I stayed in Casita Bonita. I chose the hotel for two reasons; proximity to the train station and the burrito breakfast other guests RAVED about. Like, that’s what I was looking forward to the most- to the point I even mentioned it to Brian, who checked me in. No one bothered to tell me that they changed it to granola bars and yogurt, which gives this “boutique” motel a lot less value to customers looking for an authentic Santa Fe experience. The website didn’t note that the breakfast had changed from previous reviews and instead didn’t list offerings at all. Had I known about that, I wouldn’t have booked. The casita was nice, really nice. I appreciate the gas fireplace, rubber ducky, and sanitized
We stayed in September of 2025. Our room was very clean, the staff were so pleasant and friendly. It was my sister's 1st time in SF and she thought it was very southwestern. The seating area outside under the tree was so nice to have. Breakfast was very good and well thought out. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the location. It is not as close to downtown SF as you might think if you are older. Also right off a very busy street. I found the price to be right in what SF costs. I would stay here again and also tell everyone (and I have) how nice it is.
