Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe

If I could give ten stars, I would. This is the best hotel experience we’ve ever had, hands down. The staff is top tier, friendly and helpful. The rooms are inviting and comfortable with a luxury feel. We had 3 free evening beverages during cocktail hour and free breakfast. Location wise, it was very easy to walk downtown to the plaza or even past that to some of the local restaurants that the staff recommended.

We booked a stay-cation for the family, and loved the experience. There is interesting art everywhere, and I like the old hospital vibes. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Plus the dinner/breakfast and drinks were so fun and convenient. We were able to swim, eat, and walk around the plaza to tire our kids out. Will book again.

Stayed just one night with family, but wish it could have been longer. The location is the best I have been to in Santa Fe, it is right behind the cathedral and a bit off the street, so it is an easy walk to all the attractions in downtown Santa Fe. The valet parking was amazing, the guys were very nice in explaining how it worked, and I don't know how they did this, but they got my car out, warmed up and ready by the time I walked from the desk to the front door?!?! Our room was very comfortable, nice artwork, great shower, and nice view of a courtyard. The breakfast is ok and they also have free snacks and drinks around dinnertime, which was really nice dinner food, meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggies and salad. This was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel. The food was wonderful, the valet parking was great, the view from our balcony was nice, and the rooms were very nice. It's been years, but everytime I hear the Drury name I think about how impressive the stay was.

Positive: Every space was lovely to gorgeous. Staff were friendly, cheerful, frequently offering to be of help, especially the Breakfast Manager. He wanted every guest to have everything they could want to have a perfect day and stay. This was the Aug 5-8, 2025. Negative: The SLIDING BATHROOM DOOR in our room!!!!! Enormously heavy, doesn't keep sound or steam in, makes way too much rumbling noise to slide at night.
