Excellent value for that money. They give $15 in free food because of the renovations. ||Neighborhood has inexpensive eats including Starbucks and a nice independent bagel place across the street. ||Room and hotel were clean. Room was quiet despite the ongoing renovations. ||Door attendants were pleasant and helped me just the right amount. ||All in all this was good. Nothing spectacular and nothing terrible. That’s how I like it.

Amazing stay and very good value. I was upgraded free due to platinum status to a deluxe suite and it was incredible for the price I paid. I stayed 8 days up to Christmas Eve, while in-between residences, so having the separate living/bedroom was very nice. Some of the carpets in the corridor could do with a good clean, and there are some marks and scuffs here and there, but fine for the price. The room well cleaned. A main factor in my choice to stay here, is that they have recently installed new smart tvs. This worked very well, and the hotel manager helped me setup my ps5 to the hotel WiFi. Only thing I’d note is the tv apps required login in every day, and the WiFi is generally not the best, even the premium option. The breakfast options are amazing and the service is impeccable. Th

My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. Everything was well organized and the facilities were modern. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and check-in and check-out were smooth. I would definitely return on my next trip.

1st time at this location or any Sonesta property. Great location so close to metro, DuPont, restaurants, shops, etc. The Property is under construction / renovation ….. which the hotel made very clear in their listing and did a good job in pre-arrival communications. Lobby area is a temporary set-up but they make it work. I arrived late Sunday and checked out early Monday so was not affected by construction activity. Front desk team was friendly and professional. Room was exactly what I booked online. Housekeeping was very good except for the bath mat had numerous long black hairs on it (which were obviously from a previous guest). See pix— Gross. Hotel is amazing. The service is very poor though. I was missing an iron and asked the front desk for one. They promised to send someone up, but no one showed up. Next day, as I was getting into the room, I asked for one again, promised to have one delivered to my room, but again, no one showed up. Cleaning staff were great though. But stars lost due to unkept simple commitments.
