The ritz carlton is a delightful escape for travelers seeking a unique experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality was evident. The staff was attentive, ensuring my check-in was seamless. My room was beautifully decorated, featuring a mix of vintage and modern decor that created a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with luxurious toiletries. I enjoyed breakfast in the quaint dining area, where the selection included fresh pastries and locally sourced ingredients. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to local attractions. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set The Charming Inn apart from larger hotels. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a homey feel away
I will start off by saying that we have stayed here multiple times and planned on coming back a lot more. Safe to stay we will never be coming back here ever again. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at this by far has been the worst. 1. Check in time was 4. We arrived at 6:15 to check in- we go to the front desk and they say your room isn’t ready yet. AT 6:15! No phone call was made to us saying this nothing was said. Mind you we came here for a Cavs game and had 2 suitcases. 2. The “so called” assistant manager Olivia was whispering to the lady helping us and the lady helping us says we have a fitness center with locker rooms you can keep your stuff in and get ready in there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. As we are pissed off the “assistant manager” didn’t say a word to us the whole time just kep
Upon arriving at the ritz Cleveland restaurant for their Christmas dinner, dec. 25 my wife and I waited 5 minutes at the host desk to be acknowledged by staff. When we were seated at our table I asked for martini with blue cheese olives from our server, Julia.. drink was delivered without the blue cheese olives. I told server after she set drink down and she said they were out of blue cheese olives. I mean, How long does it take to make a blue cheese olive?Evidently, more than the staff was willing take to ensure a reasonable dining experience. This was just the start of a bad experience. Server said she would soon be providing us with bread plates. They never came. Ambience was poor throughout the meal. Servers crashed dishes loudly on bus station trays after clearing tables indi
First time staying at the Ritz here in Cleveland & it truly was a wonderful experience! Our first point of contact was with Pedro at the main entrance for valet parking. Pedro was just a pleasure to meet, friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, great smile! Check in with Huda was a breeze, and she gave us a wonderful room facing the river! Room was large, well appointed, clean, had the most COMFORTABLE bed & we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Dinner at TURN was exceptional! Our server (Julie) did a phenomenal job and we thoroughly enjoyed the Angus Reserve Filet & Pork Chop Milanese!! Also the Baby Gem Caesar Salad and the fresh hot rolls (best dinner roll I’ve had!) were quite tasty! We were celebrating my Love’s birthday & Julie brought out a special dessert (a Ritz chocolate
Driving up to the Ritz-Carlton was great. We were greeted with the best service from a valet by the name of Pedro. He was very pleasant and gave excellent service. Upon entering the Ritz there was no one to greet us on the main floor except other seemingly confused guests. We took the elevator up and found the desk with direction from an employee at the bar. The welcome was good and received a drink coupon as well as a blue letter containing their thanks for our membership. The food was good, but we expected more from the only 5-star hotel in Cleveland. The gym was very nice, with great equipment. The Junior suite we stayed in was large and had decent views of the city. The rooms do not have a refrigerator which was odd, but we did find out that you can pay for one… which was even more odd
